The Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) has requested from the Jamaica Public Service Company Ltd. (JPS), a detailed report on the recent load shedding activities which caused disruptions in the electricity supply to customers islandwide.
In its report, the JPS is required to provide the OUR with information on: the daily/hourly load projection for February, the available capacity, the reserve capacity, plant constraints, plant maintenance schedule as well as any transmission or network constraints.
