Reference is made to a recent Public Notice published on the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) website extending the deadline for return of applications in connection with the OUR's December 7, 2009 "Request for Application for Licences to Build, Own and Operate Submarine Fibre Optic Cable Carrier Facility". The said Notice was dated February 5, 2010 and published on the OUR's website on the same date.
