Enquiry into Billing System Practices of the JPS 2003

This sets out the Office's findings and decisions regarding its enquiry into the billing practices of the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited. Arising out of a sharp spike in the number complaints alleging excessive billing in the aftermath of Hurricane Ivan, the Office undertook an investigation into the Compan's billing practices. It also sets out the specific directives issued to he Company in regard to its billing practices.
