OUR's Regulation, Policy, Monitoring and Enforcement Unit conducted a site visit of the NWC Pipeline Project along Old Hope Road, Munroe and Wellington Drive on 2026 August 26. The project is being fully funded by the K-Factor Fund, approved by the OUR to assist in financing capital projects by the NWC. It is funded through customers via a monthly charge on their bills and is managed by the OUR.
